Climate control! There was working air conditioning which is always nice to find in Europe.
The hotel has an odd distinctive smell that I hated. The decor is meant to be themed, but some aspects of it look tacky. I is a little noisy because of its location on the main road in town.

Great location, helpful staff, and lovely amenities. The hotel had an incredible location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The staff were fantastic and were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We particularly enjoyed the luxurious amenities offered by the hotel, such as the comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
Noisy at night, lack of basic amenities, and not very clean. Unfortunately, our stay was spoiled by the lack of consideration for guests at night.

Spent Christmas cozying up in a luxurious hotel with stylish decor and comfortable beds. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. We loved the key location with easy access to restaurants and picturesque medieval town. The rooms were unique and tastefully designed with a lovely color scheme. The double glazed windows kept the street noise perfectly at bay.
It would have been great if basic amenities such as soap, a hook and shelf for towels, and teacups were provided. The hotel lacked facilities like a bar or lounge and didn't have a receptionist around the clock. However, the price was reasonable, making it a worthwhile stay.
